For troubleshooting WordPress related issues, I recommend disabling plugins to start. The process I use is to either use my plugin: The Hack Repair Guys Archiver https://wordpress.org/plugins/hackrepair-plugin-archiver/ Or, create a separate plugins directory via FTP, with a name like: plugins.broke Then move plugins into the "broke" directory either one at a time or in small batches, until the culprit is identified (by reloading the broken page respectively). * Deactivating plugins can sometimes result in a loss of prior settings. When troubleshooting, I do not recommend deactivating plugins via the WordPress dashboard.
